Au-delà du moment, au-delà de l'image : États de crise juridique, politique et
écologique et leurs représentations cinématographiques (ou filmiques)
Ce panel cherchera à comprendre comment les crises peuvent être abordées non comme des événements singuliers mais comme des états permanents qui définissent les relations entre individus, communautés, états et territoires. Au cours de cette rencontre, nous nous concentrerons sur deux formes particulières à travers lesquelles des moments de crise nous semblent rendus permanents. La première concerne les formes juridiques et politiques ’exceptionnalité, qu’elles soient individuelles comme dans les cas des prisonniers politiques, militants ou journalistes, toujours en attente d’une inculpation formelle ; ou collectives qui émergent pendant et à la suite de moments de crise politique, transmises par la suite de génération en génération, comme le cas de communautés réfugiées.
La seconde modalité concerne les questions d’écologie et la manière dont, en particulier en ce qui concerne les populations indigènes, elles s’inscrivent dans le territoire, que ce soit en tant que crises permanentes comme dans le cas de déforestations ou de processus d'extraction de ressources, ou en tant que potentialité d’une crise sans cesse réactivée. C’est précisément dans ces contextes de crises permanentes - caractérisés par la privation d’espace, la ségrégation et la fragmentation sociale - que le cinéma et la production de récits collectifs à travers l'image jouent un rôle important non seulement pour comprendre ces contextes, mais aussi pour affirmer une autre temporalité qui contraste avec celle de la crise même.
Ce panel réunira artistes, chercheurs et activistes pour discuter de ces concepts dans un cadre large en parcourant quelques-unes des représentations médiatiques et cinématographiques de ces crises et des communautés qui les vivent.
ما وراء اللحظة وما خلف الصورة: الحالات القانونية والسياسية والبيئية للأزمة وتجسيدها السينمائي
ملخّص ورشات العمل:
تهدف هذه النظر في كيفية التعامل مع الأزمات باعتبارها حالات دائمة تحدّد طبيعة العلاقات بين الأفراد والمجتمعات والدّول والأقاليم، وليس كمجرّد أحداث منفردة. خلال هذا اللّقاء، سنركز على نموذجين اثنين لتحوّل لحظات الأزمات إلى حالات دائمة.
النموذج الأوّل: يتعلّق بأشكال الاستثناءات القانونية والسياسية، سواء أكانت فردية، كما في حالة السجناء أو النشطاء السياسيين أو الصحفيين الذين لا يزالون بانتظار توجيه اتهامات رسمية إليهم، أو جماعيّة، كتلك التي تظهر في أوقات الأزمة السياسية وبعدها، والتي تنتقل لاحقا من جيل إلى آخر، كما هو الحال بالنسبة لمجتمعات اللاجئين.
أمّا النّموذج الثاني فيخصّ المسائل البيئيّة وطريقة تصنيفها في السياق الإقليمي، لا سيما بالنسبة للسّكان الأصليين، سواء باعتبارها أزمات دائمة، على غرار حالات إزالة الغابات أو عملية استخراج الموارد، أو باعتبارها احتمالا متجددا ومتواصلا لحدوث أزمة.
في سياق هذه الأزمات الدائمة المتّسمة بالحرمان من الآفاق والعزل والتجزئة الاجتماعية - تلعب السينما وإنتاج القصص الجماعية من خلال الصورة دورا حيويّا يتعدّى مجرّد فهم هذه السياقات ليؤكّد وجود شبكة زمانية أخرى تتناقض مع السياق الزماني للأزمة نفسها.
ستجمع هذه الورشة بعضًا من الفنانين والباحثين والناشطين لمناقشة هذه المفاهيم في نطاق موسّع، من خلال استكشاف بعض التمثيلات الإعلامية والسينمائية لهذه الأزمات والمجتمعات التي تواجهها.
الورشة أ: تكييف حالات الاستثناء مع السياق السينمائي: التمثيلات الحسية والسينمائية والفنية للأزمة
سيُعتمد في هذه الورشة على مقاربة عالميّة لدراسة كيفية تأصّل حالات الاستثناء في التجارب السياسية والحسية للأرض والأراضي وكيفية الخوض في طبيعة هذه العلاقات عبر السينما.

السينما على هامش الدولة القومية: فيلم وثائقي في فضاءات الاستثناء
السيرة الذاتية: مالك رسامني هو المنتج المشارك والمخرج المساعد، رفقة مات بيترسون، في مشروع "السكان الأصليّون واللاجئون" والفيلم الروائي "فضاءات الاستثناء". يسعى حاليا للحصول على شهادة الدكتوراه في مدرسة الدراسات العليا في العلوم الاجتماعية في باريس، حيث يدرس ظاهرة تناسخ الأرواح داخل المجتمع الدرزي في لبنان في حقبة ما بعد الحرب الأهلية.
الورشة ب : حالات الاستثناء والثورة المضادة: منظور تاريخي
ستعتمد هذه الورشة إطارا تاريخيا لدراسة التداعيات والتجلّيات السياسية والقانونية لحالات الاستثناء في سياق مختلف الحركات السياسية والاجتماعية التي نشأت حول العالم خلال سبعينات القرن العشرين.

تداول مفهوم "سنوات الرصاص" على النطاق عبر الوطني وكيفية استخدامه لخدمة أغراض الثورة المضادة في نهاية سبعينات القرن العشرين.
السيرة الذاتية: دوتشيو سكوتيني، طالب دكتوراه في قسم التجميل وعلوم وتكنولوجيا الفنون في جامعة باريس 8. تجمع أبحاثه بين مجالات مختلفة منها الدراسات المرئية والجغرافيا والحركات الاجتماعية. أصبح عضوا في لجنة تحرير دار النشر EterotopiaFrance سنة 2015.

الذاكرة والحركات السياسية المغربية في سبعينات القرن العشرين: بين الماضي والحاضر من خلال الأرشيف.
السيرة الذاتية: زينب الغربي طالبة دكتوراه في علم الاجتماع في مدرسة الدراسات العليا للعلوم الاجتماعية التابعة لمختبر المعهد متعدد التخصصات للأنثروبولوجيا المعاصرة. تركّز في أبحاثها على علم اجتماع وسائل الإعلام وأنثروبولوجيا الحركات الاجتماعية وسياسات الهجرة. تدرس أشكال التمثيل الإعلامي فيما يتعلق بالمواطنة ورفضها في المغرب المعاصر.

Beyond the Moment, Beyond the Image: Legal, Political and Ecological States of
Crisis and their Filmic Representation
This panel will seek to understand how crises can be approached not as singular events but as permanent states that define the relationships between individuals, communities, states and territories. In this meeting, we will focus on two particular forms through which moments of crisis seem to be made permanent.
The first concerns the legal and political forms of exceptionality, whether individual, as in the cases of political prisoners, activists or journalists who are still awaiting formal indictment; or collective, which in turn emerges during and following moments of political crisis and which is then subsequently transmitted from generation to generation as in the case of refugee communities.
The second modality concerns questions of ecology and the ways in which these crises, especially with regard to indigenous populations, are inscribed in the territory, whether as permanent crises as in the case of deforestation or resource extraction processes, or as a potentiality for crises that is continuously reactivated. It is precisely in these contexts of permanent crisis - marked by spatial deprivation, segregation and social fragmentation - that cinema and the production of collective narratives through images play an important role not only in understanding these contexts, but also in affirming another temporality that contrasts with the temporality of the crisis itself.
This panel will bring together artists, researchers and activists to discuss these concepts within a broad framework by exploring some of the mediatic and cinematic representations of these crises and the communities that experience them.
